Andrea Casson Galiano, Managing Director
Andrea Casson Galiano is real estate investor, focused on multi-family and self-storage in the Southeast region with a purpose to give back to her community. She brings extensive experience in building productive relationships, innovative problem solving, and focused customer satisfaction. Andrea has managed Brasstown Capital for three years and built a portfolio of over 1500 units. She cohosts a monthly networking event for commercial real estate in Atlanta and the greater Georgia area.
Andrea spent 25 years at AT&T in a variety of roles in Program Management, Capital Deployemnt, Technology, Business and Product Development. In her last role she led Construction for Mobility in the Southeast region at high profile venues such as Football stadiums, airports, and University Campuses. In that role she secured $30 million of funding for Campus projects, exceeded plan each year and had the most accurate capital plan in the nation. She also managed the wireless Program Management Office for the $1.6 Billion deployment of Towers, Small cell and In Building where she led the Network Deployment for three back-to-back Super Bowls managing the vendor and ensuring internal cost saving and performance goals were achieved.
A Boston native, Andrea attended Emory University and received her BBA from Goizueta Business School with concentration in Marketing and Communications and later her MBA. At Emory she has held several board positions, most notably as a two term President of the Goizueta Alumni Board and then President of the Emory Alumni Board, when she worked closely with the University President and his Cabinet to align and educate the Alumni with the University Strategic Plan, and later Emory’s prestigious Board of Visitors. She was selected to be an Emory Ambassador and a member of the University Senate.
As a strong believer in mentoring, she participated in numerous Mentor Programs with and informally mentored dozens of individuals. As someone that believes in giving back to the community Andrea has volunteered for dozens of organizations, most in leadership positions.
She lives in the beautiful North Georgia Blue Ridge mountains with her husband, as they share a passion for sailing, scuba diving and Formula 1 motor sport.
AJ Galiano, Managing Partner
AJ Galiano is a real estate investor focused on multi-family in the Southeast region.
A New Jersey native, AJ’s family moved to Atlanta. After school AJ joined the Navy serving for eight years in communications. His experience in the Navy with communications lead to a career in technology with numerous leadership and C-level positions.
AJ is known as a high-impact executive with over 20 years of general management, strategy and market development experiences. He demonstrated a proven record of organizational restructuring, commercialization of technology, and driving P&L improvement. He has the ability to quickly identify, develop, and implement strategic growth initiatives organically and via M&A. He has been a founding member of several technology startups and worked at fortune 500 corporations and is equally comfortable in both environments. He drove a $35M series A raise in venture capital for successful security device startup.
AJ has a BS and MBA in Finance from the University of Phoenix. He lives in North Georgia with his wife as they share a passion for scuba diving, sailing and Formula 1 motor sport.
